Wednesday, August 4, 2010 - Maryland Football Season Kick-Off Event

Join Coach Friedgen and staff for the season kick-off event exclusively for Terrapin Club and MGN members on Wednesday, August 4, 6-8pm at the Gossett Football Team House. Hear Coach Friedgen and the rest of the coaching staff give insight into the Terps before they open preseason practice. If you plan to attend, please RSVP to Mike Lynn at lynn@umd.edu.

Monday, September 6, 2010 - Cumberland Valley Bus Trip to Navy

The Cumberland Valley Terrapin Club will have a bus trip from Hagerstown to Baltimore and back to watch the Terps Football team take on Navy. The time and location for the bus departure from Hagerstown on Monday, September 6 is To Be Determined. An announcement will be made soon.

Thursday, September 16, 2010 - Terrapin Club Football Dinner

All active Terrapin Club members at the Director’s Circle, Top Terp and Coaches Club giving levels are encouraged to join us for the Terrapin Club Football Dinner featuring Coach Ralph Friedgen at the Greenbelt Marriott. Invitations will be sent to all eligible members in late July.

Saturday, September 18, 2010 - Cumberland Valley Bus Trip to WVU

The Cumberland Valley Terrapin Club will have a bus trip from Hagerstown to Morgantown and back to watch the Terps Football team take on West Virginia. The time and location for the bus departure from Hagerstown on Saturday, September 18 is To Be Determined. An announcement will be made soon.
We will depart Morgantown approximately 30 minutes after the game has ended.

Thursday, September 30, 2010 - Gary Williams Hall of Legends Induction

On Thursday, September 30 Coach Gary Williams will be honored by the Sports Legends Museum at Camden Yards and inducted into its newly created Hall of Legends. Joining Coach Williams in this first class of inductees are Babe Ruth, Johnny Unitas, Art Modell, Jim McKay and Brooks Robinson. The event will be held at the Hippodrome Theater in Baltimore. Reserved VIP and premier seating tickets are available to Terrapin Club members prior to the general public sale date of August 19. To purchase tickets prior to the public sale date, contact Whitney Edmonds at the Babe Ruth Birthplace Museum at (410) 727-1539 or whitneye@baberuthmuseum.com. November 12 - 13, 2010 - Terrapin Club Away Football Trip

All active Terrapin Club members at the Director’s Circle, Top Terp and Coaches Club giving levels are encouraged to join us for the Terrapin Club Away Football Trip to Charlottesville, VA to see the Terps take on UVA on Saturday, November 13. Invitations will be sent to all eligible members in August.

November 18 and 19, 2010 - Coaches vs. Cancer

The Maryland men’s basketball team is one of four host teams for the 2010 College Hoops Classic benefiting Coaches vs. Cancer to be played in Madison Square Garden November 18 and 19, 2010. The Terrapin Club is sponsoring a tour to the tournament and Sports Travel International has reserved group space on Amtrak for transportation from BWI rail station to penn Station in New York. Accommodations are at the Affinia Manhattan, a deluxe suite hotel across from Madison Square Garden or the Holiday Inn Express (two blocks from MSG.) Orchestra tickets to the famous Rockettes holiday show at Radio City Music Hall on Friday, November 19 are also available.
